According to Essence magazine, Shonda Rhimes will be the third black woman to be inducted to the Television Hall of Fame. Joining two other great black woman in TV by the names of Oprah Winfrey and Diahann Carroll. Shonda’s company Shondaland have worked on huge television hits like, Grey’s Anatomy, Scandal, How To Get Away With Murder, and Private Practice. The introduction ceremony will take place at the Saban Media center on November 15th.
