According to the founder of Vine Don Huffman twitter account there is a Vine 2 in the works right now. Uploads to the app were disabled last year but after numerous vine users expressed there desire for its return Hofmann tweeted, “I’m going to work on a follow-up to vine. I’ve been feeling it myself for some time and have seen a lot of tweets, dms, etc.” Next, he explained that he will fund the new platform himself as an outside project so that it doesn’t interfere with what they’re currently doing at Vine.
