Suge Knight was arrested just outside the Beverly Hills, Calif., border early Wednesday (Sept. 11), TMZreports. Knight, 48, was picked up on an old warrant after police stopped him at around 12:30 a.m.

The former Death Row Records CEO, currently on probation, was spotted driving erratically in a truck without plates. Authorities pulled Knight over and determined that he was not under the influence, but were still able to bust him for missing a court date stemming from a previous driving without a license offense. He was taken to a nearby jail and released on $20,000 bail less than eight hours later.
Authorities issued a failure-to-appear warrant for Knight back in February. Five months later he was slapped with two bench warrants for not handling a pair of tickets in 2011 and 2012.

Traffic violations are the tip of the iceberg for Knight's legal strife. His rap sheet includes a nine-year sentence and numerous arrests for various physical altercations.

Tiana Parker was told her hair was against school policy.

A charter school in Oklahoma has changed their controversial school policy that banned dreadlocks, afros, mohawks and other “faddish styles" after facing criticism for telling former student Tiana Parker, 7, that her dreadlocks were not "presentable."
Tiana's parents then removed her from Deborah Brown Charter School, which has predominantly African-American students, and outrage followed after the story reached the national media.
The school board voted Monday night that students' parents are the only ones responsible for their hygiene and administrators have the right to contact parents about these issues. But there was no mention of hairstyle specifications in the new policy.
School Board President Kenneth James said he apologizes to Tiana and her family, "if any harm did occur" but said the administration did not act inappropriately. He added, "The administration's only desire was to ensure compliance with the existing dress code policy in a non-discriminatory and non-retaliatory manner."

Tulsa World reports:
Terrance and Miranda Parker, Tiana's parents, did not attend the meeting but issued a written statement.
They said no board decision could "change the fact that our 7-year-old daughter Tiana was made to feel that there was something wrong with her appearance, in turn coming home in tears. Even now, we have not been contacted by any of the administrators at Deborah Brown Community School nor has an apology been made to our daughter," the statement reads.

Just before DMV rapper Fat Trel took the stage last night to celebrate the release of his SDMG (Sex, Drugs, Money, Guns) mixtape at the famed S.O.B.'s in NYC, gunfire ended the show. According to the NY Daily News, four bystanders were shot, none were fatally injured.

Reportedly, five shots rang out from near the bar, causing a chaotic stampede. The Fire Department received a call around 12:15 a.m. today. Two were transported to a nearby hospital for bullet wounds in the leg, two others were grazed.
"THE INSIDE OF MY SHOW JUS GOT SHUT UP IN NYC!!!! #KKKRRAAAZZYYYY," Trel tweeted almost immediately after.
Witnesses say the gunmen left in a black vehicle. No arrests have been as of press time.
Police suspect the heat was let loose over a gang-related conflict, and all of the injured were innocent parties.
