Earlier this month we exclusively reported that police in Los Angeles detained Blueface. Following the arrest, he was able to bail out, now he has been charged and reportedly faces some time behind bars.
According to the Blast, the L.A. County D.A.’s office just charged Blueface with possession of a fully-loaded, unregistered handgun from the arrest.
Police reportedly pulled up on a large group of people that were hanging out. Multiple people tried to get rid of their weapons as they began to scatter. However, Blueface and two other men were arrested.
The charge is a felony and reportedly carries a maximum sentence of three years in prison. The charge reportedly comes in the wake of another charge that Blueface was given for a different possession of a firearm.
His charge from the incident was eventually downgraded, and he was charged with possession of a registered handgun, which is a misdemeanor. Back in December, he pled not guilty and now faces up to a year in the county jail.
