Atlanta Detective Reportedly Says There Is Video Of Lil Durk Shooting A Gun While Driving Near The Varsity

Late last month Lil Durk turned himself into Atlanta police for his alleged involvement in a shooting that took place outside The Varsity restaurant in Atlanta earlier this year.
According to WSBTV, today Durk appeared in court for a probable cause hearing about his alleged involvement in the shooting. An Atlanta police detective reportedly said that Durk is seen on video shooting a man near The Varsity while he was driving.
According to the station, just before 2pm, “the judge found probable cause for Banks (Durk) and his co-defendant to be charged with possession and criminal intent to commit murder among other charges.”
Prior to surrendering, Durk sat down to talk with WSBTV and said that he “had nothing to hide.”
He is currently facing multiple charges, including, criminal attempt to commit murder and aggravated assault.
As we previously reported, one person was shot at Spring Street at North Avenue around 5:45 a.m. in front of The Varsity restaurant back in February. Police reportedly said that the person was shot multiple times and taken to Atlanta Medical Center in serious condition.
After turning himself in Durk pleaded with a judge to allow him to post bond, but he was denied bond.
As we mentioned before, Durk learned about the warrant for his arrest while he was on tour. Once he found out, he made sure he handled business by canceling the remainder of his shows and flew to Atlanta to surrender.
