Chris Brown has opened up about Young Thug and Gunna's RICO case. The rappers were arrested last month and they are facing criminal charges in Fulton County, GA. During a radio interview, he said, “Sh*t is f*cked up. As bad as I want to help him, it’s like I’ve done been through that too. When you go through that, you’re in there. Sh*t, all I can do is send my love. [They’re] my brothers. Free them.”
He continued, “I know what [Young Thug and Gunna] are going through. I think we always got a spotlight on us anyway. We got a lot of power and responsibility, but also people don’t like that influence as well. So that also put targets on our backs.”
Breezy also spoke on his upcoming tour with Lil Baby, saying that he is nervous. He explained,
“Man, that’s gonna be fun. I still get nervous. I’m anxious about it, I have sleepless nights. I’m thinking of ideas. Because it’s the excitement, it’s adrenaline, it’s like a give and take."
He continued, “Like, when I get in work mode or thinking about it, I’m also just putting it in my mind, ‘How are the fans gonna perceive this?’ And say you know what, ‘I didn’t waste my money coming to this muthafucka. I actually had a good time,’ you know what I’m saying?”
He added, “So there’s a lot that goes into that. I just don’t plot it out and say, ‘Look, we have to do this.’ But it’s something internally that I work on.”
