Rapper T.I. and his wife Tiny have been accused of sexual assault in a new lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.  Court documents reveal that the plaintiff, identified as Jane Doe, alleges that T.I., 43, and Tiny, 48, (real names Clifford and Tameka Harris), drugged and raped her in a hotel room in 2005, and also alleges that the couple may have victimized other women. Doe’s complaint Tuesday was filed under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act, which extended the statute of limitations for sexual abuse claims.

The lawsuit states that Doe was in her early twenties at the time of the alleged incident, and that she was stationed in L.A. as a member of the U.S. Air Force. The plaintiff claims that Tiny gave her a drink at a club, and Doe accompanied the couple to a hotel with two other unknown women shortly thereafter. Doe alleges that T.I. and Tiny sexually assaulted her while she was “dizzy and lightheaded” before she lost consciousness, and says she suspects that the couple engaged in similar behavior with other women.

The complaint alleges that “T.I. and Tiny have an infamous reputation for drugging, kidnapping, falsely imprisoning, raping and assaulting women and forcing them to engage in sexual acts with the couple for their own sexual gratification.”

T.I. and Tiny have denied the allegations in a statement through their attorney: “This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years. For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations. For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do. For THREE years, we’ve maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again. Our position is clear… We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court.”
