untitled-7-2

You know the deal! A LOT dropped this weekend, so let’s get straight to it.

Coi Leray & NBA YoungBoy – “Better Than Yours”

A collab nobody expected but one that works. Fun energy,  and a joint that hits instantly.

6lack – “Bird Flu”

The first single from his upcoming album dropping in May. That 6lack energy, sharp delivery. . .  he’s setting the tone for that project early.

Rick Ross, French Montana & Max B – “Minks in Miami”

A luxury dripped record exactly in their lane. Miami vibes, big talk, and classic chemistry.

Mike WiLL Made-It – R3SET (Album)

One of the strongest weekend drops. The standout track is “Diggin You” featuring Ludacris & Teezo Touchdown. Production crazy, visuals fire, and the whole album is worth a full listen.

Latto – “Business & Personal”

Fresh off announcing her pregnancy, Latto returns with a personal yet confident single. Her new album Big Mama drops May 29th, and the rollout is already making noise.

Local Artist Spotlight: DallaRina – “What’s Her Name”

This week’s Local Artist Spotlight goes to DallaRina and her empowering new single “What’s Her Name.”

DallaRina has been rapping since she was just eight years old, inspired by watching The Rap Game and dreaming of one day being on that stage. That early spark turned into real passion, and twelve years later she’s stepping fully into her artistry with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

Her latest single, “What’s Her Name,” began as a track she created for a fashion show.  Something uplifting, powerful, and rooted in women empowerment. The song evolved into a celebration of strength and resilience: a story of a Black goddess who has endured, survived, and continues to shine through it all.

“I made the song because I was performing at a fashion show and needed a Women Empowerment track… the story is about a Black goddess who has gone through things in life but still wears her crown with a smile hiding her scars.”

DallaRina also tapped Lily Rowe for the feature. A perfect pairing that brought balance and emotion to the record. She chose Lily intentionally for her warm, soothing tone and the angelic aesthetic that matched the song’s message.

“I wanted Lily specifically because her smooth and soothing voice reminds me of a Black goddess.”

With an album on the way, DallaRina is heating up. She’s been dropping singles to keep her listeners engaged, growing her versatility, and sharpening her pen with every release. From classy to gritty to melodic, she’s expanding her range and finding her voice.

“I feel like I’m more versatile now… this helped me become more of a lyricist and learn how to switch up my flow.”

2026 is shaping up to be big for her. New music, features, traveling to perform, and another project on the way. And with “What’s Her Name,” she’s stepping into a new era.

I’m ALWAYS looking for artists to feature.
