Hip-Hop Reacts To The Uvalde Elementary School Mass Shooting

Celebrities took to social media to respond to the tragic mass shooting that took place at Robb Elementary school in Uvalde, Texas.  18-year-old Salvador Ramos shot and killed 19 children and two teachers. Ramos was shot and killed during the shooting. Ramos also shot his grandmother, who is currently in critical condition.

Houston rappers Trae Tha Truth, Slim Thug and Lil KeKe reacted, with Trae revealing that he was set to meet with President Biden to discuss the Buffalo mass shooting that took place last week. Trae decided to stay in Texas to to  mourn the children that died. He wrote on social media, “ I will have to pass, I will be in the field with the people in need.”

Slim Thug shared photos of the children, along with the caption, “Prayers to the families of the victims 🙏🏾.” 

Rapper Lil KeKe said, “🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿. it’s crazy out here.”

Saweetie also took to social media, saying, “All those innocent babies 💔😢 this world man.”

DJ Khaled said, “we have to come together to make sure our kids is always safe !”
